Anthony Cowart
Senior Software Engineer
Tony has nearly a decade of experience developing highly sophisticated distributed technology systems. Prior to joining Taiga, Tony managed a fleet of nearly half a million connected devices while maintaining millisecond precision. Tony lives in Indianapolis, Indiana and enjoys fitness, beer, and a good tenderloin sandwich.
Bill Ivers
CEO & Co-Founder
Bill is an experienced entrepreneur and investor focused on SaaS companies disrupting underserved markets. Prior to joining the Taiga team, Bill was President and Co-Founder of Clubessential where he led sales, marketing and business development. Bill is an avid golfer and loves the great outdoors. He currently resides in Austin, Texas.
Erin Magner
Product Trainer & Analyst
Erin is an industry professional with two years of technical training experience. She believes people are given the correct tools, they can accomplish anything and takes this belief into all of her work. When not in the office, she enjoys walking her rescue-pup, going to the aerial gym, or spending time outside kayaking and hiking.
German Hernandez
Sales Development Representative
German is a business professional with experience in sales and account management. Prior to Taiga, he worked in the ad-tech industry where he was instrumental to several revenue cycle management teams. He currently lives in California where he enjoys playing soccer, attending sporting events, and live concerts.
Greg Oakley
COO & Co-Founder
Greg leads implementation, finance, human resources, and customer service at Taiga. If you have partnered with us, there’s a good chance that you’ve worked with him. Prior to founding Taiga, Greg led Clubessential’s software initiatives in resort technologies and helped to open a new market for the company. In his spare time, you can find him at one of his kids sporting events, trying new barbecuing recipes, and boating on one of Cincinnati’s nearby lakes.
Jennifer Hill
MarketING MANAGER
Prior to joining the Taiga team, Jenny spent 16 years working in Management consulting for Fortune 100 Energy and Utility companies. This has given her extensive experience in project management, communications development, training deployment and CRM systems. Jenny lives in Austin, Texas where she enjoys spending time with her family, walking the trail at Ladybird Lake and enjoying her new found love of swimming.
John Oakley
President & Co-Founder
As Taiga’s President, john is aligning disruptive SaaS technology, operational strategy and AI to bring better business intelligence to the convenience store industry. John started his career at Clunbessential where he grew from Software Engineer to become the company’s Lead Architect prior to exit. John lives in Cincinnati, Ohio and enjoyes spending time with his family, camping and hiking.
Matt Gattiker
CTO & Co-Founder
Matt drives all of Taiga’s technology initiatives while focusing on effective scaling and long term success. Prior to founding Taiga, Matt spent over a decade with Clubessential where he became the lead developer for the company’s software and managed all aspects of the company’s internal and hosted infrastructure. In his spare time Matt likes to smoke meats, tinker with electronics and enjoy the Cincinnati brewery and restaurant scene.
Miguel Mata
Sales Development Representative
Miguel is an International business professional with experience in sales and marketing strategy development. Passionate about making connections with others, new technologies and forward-thinking industries. Adaptable and efficient team player with excellent communication skills at all levels. Miguel loves to travel, surfing and electronic music.
Morgan Pemble
Market Research Analyst
Morgan is a recent graduate from the University of Texas, holding a degree in advertising along with a minor in business. As a Market Research Analyst at Taiga Data, Morgan is staying at the forefront of the latest developments in the C-Store realm and helps execute marketing objectives. Located in Austin, Texas, Morgan enjoys live music, photography, and running.
Nick Kratzenberg
Sales Development Representative
Nick is a business professional with experience in sales and account management. Prior to Taiga, he worked in the healthcare industry where he led several revenue cycle management teams. He currently lives in Kentucky where he enjoys playing golf, attending sporting events, and boating on the lake.
Robert Charles
Account Executive
Robert is an Account Executive at Taiga, he works closely with retail operators to develop strategies for improving profitability on inside store sales. With his experience in retail category management and retail fuel, Robert analyzes sales data, manages inventory, and develops pricing strategies that help retailers maximize their profits. In addition to his professional expertise, Robert also enjoys skiing in the winter and scuba diving in the summer.
Thomas Cannon
Data Scientist
Thomas is a data professional with years of experience creating proven and novel data products. Thomas joined Taiga with a background in Astrophysics, Data Science, and engineering data pipelines. Thomas lives with his wife in Austin, Texas where he enjoys the outdoors, tinkering in the garage, and action sports.
Tyler Wilson
Software Engineer
Tyler joins the Taiga team after spending the past 6 years in software development. He lives with his wife and two dogs in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Everyone says he cares more about his dogs than anything else, which he admits is true. In his spare time Tyler can be found watching sports and spending more time with his dogs.
