Brad Ayers at Missouri Ayerco had a straightforward goal: boost sales of a specific brand. To make it happen, he came up with the idea to run a cashier-level sales competition—track who was selling the most, and create a bit of friendly competition between team members.

The challenge? He needed a solution to see brand-level sales by cashier in real time.

The Fix

Brad reached out to the team at Taiga with a request: Could we build a simple report to show brand sales by cashier?

Because Taiga integrated directly with Ayerco’s POS and labor systems, we were able to support the competition with a real-time custom dashboard. With the new dashboard, store managers could track sales as they happened and keep the competition going without digging through spreadsheets or waiting for end-of-week summaries.
